ESTATETerrier

In response to clients’ needs for an easy to use legal document retrieval system we produced ESTATETerrier. In addition to these document management needs we have built in the ability to store all the key information regarding the legal aspects of property management. Property acquisition and disposal, leases and licences, rights of way and deeds of covenant are all covered comprehensively in ESTATETerrier. A recent innovation has been the introduction of a key dates reminder screen. This is available at anytime during normal use of the package and provides a colour coded reminder of overdue, due now and future pending actions.

PROPERTYFile

Like the rest of our software, PROPERTYFile is designed to be very easy to use. PROPERTYFile uses the structure of ESTATESuite to pull the contents of one or more building health & safety files into a single property database. All project details are held as well as ‘as built’ drawings, key contact information, operation & maintenance manuals, hazard information, emergency procedures etc. PROPERTYFile has a built-in routine to create a single building file on CD and the information can be made available over a network or intra/internet using webMadeSimple. To support the software we offer a cost effective scanning service.

MAINTENANCEManager

The MAINTENANCEManager and Planned Preventative Maintenance module of ESTATESuite is designed to be easy to use with a minimum of ‘fuss’ in terms of installation, IT support, and also resourcing in general use. Because the package is not heavily asset based it is very easy to ‘get started’ and it is ideal for those organisations with mostly ‘contracted out’ maintenance arrangements. It has flexible reporting tools and fully integrates with other 3i Studio ESTATESuite packages.
