Unlike most similar packages on the market, MAINTENANCEManager is intended to be very easy to set up and use as well as requiring only modest resources to operate. It does not rely heavily on a comprehensive asset register. Items for planned maintenance can either be an asset register item or simply a ‘generic’ item of plant or equipment.

The helpdesk is highly visual with all main operational features on one screen helping to ensure optimum efficiency. Helpdesk requests can be placed and monitored remotely using pre-defined ‘web’ templates.

In common with the rest of ESTATESuite is designed to be easy to use with a minimum of ‘fuss’ in terms of installation and IT support. Microsoft Access based for compatibility and fl exibility it is also SQL Server ready. It has fl exible reporting tools and fully integrates with other 3i Studio ESTATESuite packages.
