The software also has comprehensive document management capabilities allowing it to store all your O&M and Health & Safety documents in an easily understood and very sensible structure.

Whilst reporting in PROPERTYFile is mainly textually based with an intuitive reports menu, access to all document files is very easy using the built in viewers

PROPERTYFile is Microsoft Windows based and is compatible with the Microsoft Office family of software as well as many other proprietary packages. There are routines in the software to allow data to easily be exported to Microsoft Excel with which many people are familiar, allowing you the option to analyse data in any way you please.

PROPERTYFile now has direct connections with 3i Studio’s webMADESimple Intranet content management system.
